A few days after the extraction of the olive oil, we proceed with its filtering and storage in stainless steel, oxygen free tanks, where we use nitrogen to protect all its excellent qualities. Once produced and stored, there is still one more stage to go through: the final stage of bottling; a quite important process in the preservation, marketing and distribution of the product.
At last, our precious high quality extra virgin olive oil is ready to be bottled into special, fine glass bottles or tin cans, which will protect its unique qualities [color, texture, aroma, flavor, properties] until the moment it comes into your hands, and offers you its full, fruity taste, its golden color and rich aroma in a harmonious combination of quality and taste on your table, day after day.
